Hatha Flow Masterclass: Energize & Awaken
Saturday November 22, 4:30 pm–7:00 pm.
Yoga workshop: Sustaining the Inner Fire – Conscious Movement and Restorative Balance
A 2.5-hour workshop where you will learn to balance yourself through movement, uniting yogic tradition and new concepts of mobility.
Mihir will begin with an explanation of how seasonal rhythms and the element Agni (digestive and transformative fire) influence our energy, digestion, and emotional stability according to Ayurveda (Indian medicine), especially during the transition from autumn to winter.
We will then immerse ourselves in a practice that combines dynamic asanas, functional mobility, and the innovative use of supports, learning how to foster a safe, profound experience tailored to the needs of each body.
Through conscious movement and breathing, we will cultivate how to activate internal heat, strengthen the core, and balance energy without overloading the system. We will conclude with a series of restorative postures to release tension and nourish the parasympathetic nervous system.
We’ll close with a question and answer session, where you can integrate and incorporate what you’ve learned into your practice.
We will work on:
• Activation and regulation of the internal fire (Agni) through specific sequences.
• Integration of functional mobility to improve joint fluidity and stability.
• Creative use of supports to expand body awareness, optimize alignment, and adapt the practice to each individual’s body.
• Conscious breathing (pranayama) to sustain vital heat and mental clarity.
• Restorative movements that bring calm and security to the nervous system.
Whether you are a yoga practitioner or teacher, you will gain innovative tools to enrich your personal experience with yoga or to incorporate into your teaching.
Sunday November 23, 3.30 pm–5.30 pm.

TYPES OF CLASSES
Sama Yoga
Sama Yoga focuses on restoring your natural physical and energetic balance by cultivating inner alignment.
Rooted in study, self-knowledge, and living in harmony with universal values, Sama Yoga is about embracing both yourself and your students just as you are, and teaching from a place of devotion and surrender.
In each class, traditional Hatha Yoga postures flow together with somatic movements and, at times, with mantras — inviting you to move with deep respect and love for your body, exactly as it is that day.
A practice that gently brings you back to yourself and to relaxation, presence, and trust in your own inner voice.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to release tension and the deeper connective tissues to gently open and stretch.
Through stillness and time, Yin nourishes and lengthens the fascia, which is the intricate web of tissue that supports mobility, organ function, and even metabolism. With regular practice, it helps stabilize the joints, prevent injuries, and awaken the body’s natural flow of vitality.
On a subtler level, Yin invites you inward to listen, soften, and surrender. It becomes a space to observe sensations with curiosity, to rest your attention in the present moment, and to recognize and honor your natural limits.
Drawing from the principles of Taoism and Chinese medicine, and rooted in the essence of traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin encourages the smooth circulation of Qi (life force) through the body’s meridians, restoring harmony and deep inner stillness.
A grounding and profoundly balancing practice that’s accessible to every body, at every stage of life.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a deeply nourishing and restorative practice that invites you into profound relaxation, a state where the nervous system can truly rest, reset, and rejuvenate. Practiced lying down in complete comfort, it gently guides you toward inner stillness through the sound of the teacher’s voice and a systematic method that quiets the mind effortlessly.
Used therapeutically, Yoga Nidra helps reduce stress, supports healthy digestion, and offers powerful relief from insomnia by restoring the body’s natural rhythm of rest and renewal.
Beyond relaxation, it is also a profound meditative journey. In this space between wakefulness and sleep, consciousness remains awake and aware, fostering a deeper connection with your inner wisdom, creativity, and intuitive understanding. Over time, the body learns to enter this conscious state of deep rest with ease, activating its innate capacity for healing and balance.
When practiced after Yin Yoga, the effects of both disciplines harmonize beautifully — deepening peace of mind, enhancing clarity, and awakening the parasympathetic nervous system, our gateway to true restoration and well-being.
Meditation Sessions
Guided meditation sessions using simple, accessible techniques that gently quiet the fluctuations of the mind and bring you back to presence.
Each practice is an invitation to rediscover your innate sense of calm, clarity, and equanimity, reminding you that stillness is not something to achieve, but something already within you.
After each session, you’ll receive a recording to revisit during the week, helping you cultivate consistency and gently anchor the habit of daily meditation in your life.
ONLINE CLASSES
Our online class cycles run through the autumn and winter months, which is a perfect time to turn inward and nurture your practice from home.
Each session is broadcast live via Zoom, allowing you to join in real time, connect with the group, and receive personal guidance wherever you are.

“Each class is filled with dedication, love, and devotion. Somehow, each one feels even more special than the last. Every session is a gift for the body, mind, and soul. It’s incredibly enriching to share this experience with others, whether online or in person, as the energy and magic of those moments are truly unique.
I feel deeply grateful to be part of this journey that is helping me understand myself better and see life from new perspectives. I’m eager to keep learning and practicing.”

“Paloma’s online classes are a balm for the soul. I’ve had the chance to join both a Yin Yoga and a Yoga Nidra session, the perfect combination for a peaceful Sunday evening. The Yin class brings a sense of closeness and gentleness, offering flexibility in how each posture is adapted and guiding you to stay present with the movements of the mind as you hold each pose.
The Yoga Nidra class is a beautiful journey inward: awareness of the body, quiet observation of the mind, and integration after the physical practice. Paloma always offers variations so you can adapt the class to your energy and the props you have at home. Truly a delight to recharge before a new week begins!”
— Lourdes V.
“I’ve learned so much through our gatherings. I feel I need them because they help me become more aware, more grounded, and more supported. They make me feel seen and appreciated, and they help me recognize the inner beauty of my companions, which I find deeply enriching.”
— Estrella M.
