Nichi has developed a creative style in her classes and practice with a rhythm and a fluidity that comes from trusting her intuition and moving with the breath.
Director and founder of the Yoga space in Leeds, UK, Nichi has been teaching yoga for the last 16 years and training teachers for the last 10 years.
She became hooked on Ashtanga and Vinyasa based yoga, and after her first teacher training with Brian Cooper, she continue studying with many of the worlds leading Ashtanga teachers including Pattabhi and Manju Jois, David Swenson, Matthew Sweeney and John Scott.
