Deepen your Connection to Yoga & Life
with Joan Hyman

Tarifa Beach, Spain

Take a deep breath and feel the pure blessing of a sunny escape in Autumn. Join Joan Hyman in this beautiful location in the south of Spain!

Practice yoga in a pristine setting with an abundance of nature and miles of fine white sand and crystal clear waters.

This all-inclusive retreat is a perfect combination of nourishing yoga practices lead by the senior experienced teacher Joan Hyman, meditation and guided relaxation practices, unique beaches, nature trips, high comfort accomodation and a selection of delicious and healthy organic food.

Joan has a lot of experience leading world wide yoga retreats and led her first retreat in 2007. She continues to spread her love for yoga and traveling and has led retreats in exquisite settings all around the world.

Teaming up with Paloma Dorado and Shama Retreats, you will be guided to both, an experience of high quality yoga practice and a exquisite, natural and relaxing atmosphere that allow you to reset, heal and renew yourself.

You will experience an oasis of tranquility that gives you the space you need to improve, reinforce or return to your practice.

Joan will lead you in delicious long daily morning and evening yoga classes. Some of the evening will be dedicated to yoga workshops that help you to understand better how to personalize your yoga practice so it fits in your body.

In the evening, you will be immersed in silent meditation, guided relaxation and energy healing practices with Paloma Dorado, to experience the peace and the stillness within ourselves.

All levels are welcome! We will tailor to each individual, so that everyone is sure to get the most out of their practice!

The daily program will be enriched with trips to the most special natural places out of the turistic tracks, organized by us with care and love, to allow you to discover this calm region of Spain without having to plan, prepare, think how to reach each spot or pay any extra.

We will feel the healing power of nature , that help us to integrate the positive and new mindset that yoga can bring into our daily life.

The group will be small, to take care of each detail with time and dedication.

In the southern part of the province of Cadiz, South Spain, the beaches and the light are beyond comparison.

We will be immerse in the land-maritime Natural Park of the Strait, bathed in the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. A treasure of long, lonely beaches, cliffs, underwater caves, and memories of ancient civilizations.

The coast around the white and charming village of Tarifa, the nearest village to the retreat venue, is probably unique in the South Spain, due to its lack of development and its unspolited light blue sea beaches.

From the venue, we will enjoy excursions to amazing beaches and beautiful treekings with views to the Northen cost of Africa.

In October, the number of tourists is low, so we will be able to benefit from silence walks, quiet baths and feel closer the healing power of nature.

Just in a few kms, you will explore different places, from Bolonia dunes and its ruins, to the trekking until the hidden beach of “El Cañuelo”, the quiet spots of “Paloma Baja” or the nearest beach of Valdevaqueros.

All excursions and transport during the trips are included.
